Classes

We consider all of our classes to be MULTI-level -- meaning accessible to all with options for both the beginner and the advanced student. At Studio Core, our teachers work to make each pose work for you. 

VINYASA YOGA

Flow through uniquely sequenced sun salutations with a focus on breath & alignment. While each class differs based on teacher, pace is appropriate for beginners, yet offers up-levels for the advanced practitioner. Our Vinyasa classes are heated (using radiant heat!) to approximately 95 degrees. Bring a towel & water and dress to sweat and move freely!

TRX BOOTCAMP

Challenge yourself with multiple rounds of strength + cardio work using the TRX Suspension Trainer and other Functional Training Tools. This fun, high intensity, interval-heavy class offers all the movement enhancing benefits of TRX Suspension Training, while seamlessly integrating a wider range of conditioning and functional training methods.

Class Schedule

Given the ever-evolving COVID-19 situation and in an effort to protect the health of our members and instructors, we have made the difficult decision to close Studio Core for the immediate future. We had hoped to maintain a modified schedule while implementing additional safety measures, however the implications of this virus has become more apparent in the past day. We are saddened to come to this conclusion but feel that it is the responsible choice at this time.

We will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so. However, the timing is still unknown. We hope to return back to our regular schedule in only a few weeks! We will keep you posted, and please continue to check for updates by clicking the button to see our schedule on Mindbody.
